Welcome to Royal Renaissance Glam Beauty Salon. By booking an appointment or using our services in Al Warqa 1, Dubai, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Appointment Booking & Cancellations

• Punctuality: We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to avoid affecting subsequent clients.
• Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time slot to another guest.
• No-Shows: Repeated no-shows may require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.

2. Health & Safety

For your protection and ours, we maintain strict sanitation protocols:

• Disclosure: Clients must inform their technician of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions before the service begins.
• Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse service if a client has a contagious condition (e.g., nail fungus, open wounds) that may compromise safety.

3. Service Satisfaction & Refunds

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If you are unhappy with a service, please let us know before leaving the salon so we can resolve it immediately. We do not offer cash refunds, but we are happy to provide corrective services within 48 hours for valid concerns.

4. Personal Belongings

Royal Renaissance Glam is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during your visit. Please keep your valuables with you at all times.

5. Right to Amend

We reserve the right to update these terms and our service pricing at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website or at our reception desk.
